About the role
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our PMO team within Information Technology Services (ITS) in Kansas City, Ann Arbor, MI or Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end program and project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget tracking
- Lead ERP and enterprise application programs, ensuring alignment to business value and strategic roadmap delivery
- Identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track
- Manage resource allocation across internal teams and third-party vendors, resolving conflicts as needed
- Partner with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and corporate functions to align on priorities and business outcomes
- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 7 years of project/program management experience in the technology industry
- 2+ years managing large ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite)
- 5+ years managing technology application projects across SDLC and ITIL frameworks
Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Strong understanding of financial management, risk management, and enterprise program delivery
- Ability to communicate with executive leadership and scale messaging across business and IT stakeholders
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS, NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI, Jira, Confluence
Skills
- Strong understanding of financial management, risk management, and enterprise program delivery

Schedule
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 2 days a week, Monday–Friday during general business hours.
