Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare applications for program directors and admissions committee's review.
- Input, update, and track graduate application data in spreadsheets.
- Respond to high volumes of inquiries via phone and email, providing clear information to prospective and current graduate students.
- Support the Director of Academic Affairs with planning and executing yearly commencement, orientation events, and various activities for MA and PhD students.
- Afford assistance with special projects as required.
Required Skills
- Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred. One to three years of experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond efficiently to a large volume of queries.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management.
