About the role

This position provides comprehensive support to members of the senior leadership team. The Senior Program Coordinator is responsible for ongoing administrative support, including calendar management, expense reporting, and coordinating travel, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and adapt to dynamic situations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, expense reporting, and travel coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, discussions, and decisions
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address them to facilitate smooth operations
  • Collaborate effectively with staff at all levels and exercise good judgment under pressure
  • Prepare correspondence and presentations as needed
  • Manage competing priorities and expectations with flexibility and adaptability
  • Quickly accommodate to new applications and tools, becoming a super-user where required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 or more years of administrative support experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Highly reliable, trustworthy, and able to conduct responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities without regular supervision
  • Proven high level of emotional and social intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new applications and tools
  • Proactive and able to identify and analyze potential situations for improvement
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage change
  • Ability to function and complete work with competing priorities and expectations
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare correspondence and presentations
  • Understands the highly adaptable nature of support work and is comfortable with being available as needed
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds at times with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, considering alternative and diverse perspectives

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a 36-hour work week. Onsite presence is required in Murray, UT.
