Senior Program Coordinator - Department of Teaching and Learning
About the role
Coordinates the day to day operations and activities for Projects UNIQUE, DIVERSE, ASPIRE, AND INCREASE. Works closely with project personnel (i.e., principal investigator, co-project directors, and consultants) by coordinating all activities related to the grants. Coordinates and supports all Project operational and financial activities, events, and processes.
Collaborates with other personnel in other special education grants.
Oversees and facilitates student recruitment, including sending recruitment emails and coordinating recruitment events, orientations, information sessions, and in-class recruiting efforts.
Captures and coordinates any payments related to mentors, consultants, or participants.
Captures and coordinates any payments and authorizations related to travel.
Create and maintain surveys to collect data for the projects.
Aid in the preparation of annual reports of special education grants.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and supports PI, CoPIs, and Key Personnel for the projects related to any faculty, student, and partner initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of office or related experience.
- Experience working with students.
- Experience working with grant projects.

Pay
$45,000 - $55,000
