Education Program Coordinator Senior
Principle Responsibilities
- Provides data management support for core learning and development initiatives which includes course registration, data entry management, basic offering set-up and standard reporting.
- Utilizes Microsoft Office applications to create databases, templates and documents that support operational needs of the department.
- Tracks program attendance and routinely reports progress to site manager and other site leaders as designated.
- Provides administrative support to department staff at the site which includes supporting communication plans for selected programs, the design of program materials, the design of major presentation documents, manages documents related to assigned programs and meeting for the department and provides support for instructional software.
- Orders and manages supplies for the department and for specific programs.
- Provides logistical support for programs and events at the site.
- Manages program and event schedules.
- Manages program and event schedules.
- Provides facility management around room procurement, room set-up and takedown.
- Acts as point person and expert for site learning management system functions including registration, data entry, basic offering set-up and standard reporting.
- Provides basic training and troubleshooting for other learning management system users at the local site.
- Supports ongoing learning management system training and user groups.
- Supports communication around learning management system issues and updates to the site.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Vocational degree in education or related area of study
- 2 to 5 years of program coordination and administrative support experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office and basic databases
Preferred Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in the health care industry
Physical Demands
Light Work: Lifting weight up to 20 lbs. occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequently
Role
The position will also support our teams and facilities by managing office supplies and completing other administrative tasks for current and new care team members.

Work Schedule
Primarily based at Allina Commons, with occasional travel to Coon Rapids as business needs require
7am-3:30pm
1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period)
8-hour day/evening shifts
Occasional weekends
Pay Range
Pay Range: $24.62 to $33.74 per hour
