Senior Program Associate, Housing Specialist (Re-entry)
Who You Are
At Impact Justice, we are seeking a Senior Program Associate, Housing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing services and a passion for supporting individuals transitioning from incarceration.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive housing strategies for clients transitioning from incarceration
- Collaborate with community partners to secure affordable housing options for clients
- Provide direct support to clients, including assistance with housing applications, landlord communications, and navigating the housing system
- Conduct outreach to identify potential housing opportunities and address immediate housing needs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of housing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Engage in policy advocacy to improve housing policies and practices related to reentry
