Senior Program Associate, Housing Specialist (Re-entry)
Who You Are
Impact Justice seeks a Senior Program Associate, Housing Specialist to join our team. This position will support our efforts in housing and reentry programs.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement strategies to improve access to safe and stable housing for individuals exiting incarceration.
- Collaborate with community partners to address systemic barriers to housing stability.
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities to build trust and relationships with target populations.
- Provide direct services such as case management, advocacy, and resource navigation.
- Assess and document client needs and progress towards housing stability goals.
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders, including funding agencies and policy makers.
- Advocate for policy changes that enhance housing opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals.
