Senior Production Specialist, Middle Market Property, Lexington

About the role

Join us as a Senior Production Specialist to drive profitable growth in Lexington Middle Market Property by working on complex risks, communicating risk appetite, and negotiating deals with brokers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite a range of new and renewal business
• Communicate risk appetite and AIG's value proposition to brokers
• Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions, and deal structure with brokers and clients
• Expand broker network, attend events, build relationships across the market
• Set a high standard of customer service to brokers and clients
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to less-experienced underwriters

Requirements

• Proven underwriting experience with good knowledge of commercial property
• Ability to analyze financial statements
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship building skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Customer and sales-oriented behaviors: motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable

Qualifications

• Interest in mentoring and training if not previously held

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
