Senior Product Support Engineer - Complete remote

About the role

As part of this initiative, selective candidates will provide advanced technical support for customers using embedded systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), Linux, virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, and development toolchains. Selected individuals will partner with customers, engineering teams, account teams, and product specialists to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Preferred experience with Wind River products and mission-critical customer environments
• Experience with BSPs, device drivers, embedded hardware, processor architectures, and core networking
• Experience with virtualization, hypervisors, cloud, containers, Kubernetes, OpenStack, or DevOps toolchains
• Background in aerospace, defense, telecommunications, industrial, or other safety‑critical systems
• Skills in knowledge‑base authoring, premium support, technical training, or escalation leadership
