Technical Product Support Engineer- (Remote)

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers remotely with startup, operation, and troubleshooting of HVAC products
• Determine root causes of issues using various resources and problem-solving skills
• Make pivotal decisions regarding company resource allocation to resolve customer issues
• Manage relationships with manufacturing teams and field offices
• Monitor and communicate with customers on inbound technical support requests
• Document work and create solutions for internal and external sharing
• Coordinate with internal teams on quality escapes and technical bulletins

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience preferred in servicing HVAC equipment and systems
• Associates or Bachelor's in an Engineering discipline preferred
• Professionally trained on various the company equipment
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices
• Proficient in managing support cases with Zendesk software

Pay

$105,228 – $146,720 annually
