Senior Product Risk Specialist

What You'll Do

• Oversight and coordination of product development projects
• Ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
• Aligning with business goals and customer needs
• Partnering with the Product Management Team to develop and execute strategic roadmaps
• Auditing the impact of potential competitive and regulatory changes
• Leading efforts in adopting new technologies
• Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate or eliminate identified risks
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Facilitating Products and Services Risk Assessments
• Managing product-owned issue resolution
• Ensuring enterprise-wide policy adherence and monitoring plan
• Leading Key Performance Indicator (KPI) creation, tracking, and reporting
• Acting as a primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Providing updates, managing expectations, and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams
• Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborating with product owners to define product requirements and prioritize features
• Overseeing the product development lifecycle
• Coordinating cross-functional launch readiness activities

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of related experience in Product Management or similar field
• Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of product development, quality assurance, risk assessment methodologies, and relevant regulations
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data analytics
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
