What You'll Do
- Oversight and coordination of product development projects
- Ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Aligning with business goals and customer needs
- Partnering with the Product Management Team to develop and execute strategic roadmaps
- Auditing the impact of potential competitive and regulatory changes
- Leading efforts in adopting new technologies
- Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate or eliminate identified risks
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Facilitating Products and Services Risk Assessments
- Managing product-owned issue resolution
- Ensuring enterprise-wide policy adherence and monitoring plan
- Leading Key Performance Indicator (KPI) creation, tracking, and reporting
- Acting as a primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Providing updates, managing expectations, and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams
- Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborating with product owners to define product requirements and prioritize features
- Overseeing the product development lifecycle
- Coordinating cross-functional launch readiness activities
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of related experience in Product Management or similar field
- Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of product development, quality assurance, risk assessment methodologies, and relevant regulations
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data analytics
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
