About the role
Join Transporeon, a Trimble company, and command the execution of our Next-Generation Freight Procurement initiatives in the United States. Operate as an entrepreneurial founding member for our Next-Generation platform, bridging the gap between pioneering product development and massive market scale.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate high-impact United States pilot projects by taking full ownership of end-to-end execution, from hands-on data preparation to the successful delivery of tender events.
- Bridge the innovation gap by providing the operational excellence and creative problem-solving necessary to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers while the software evolves.
- Drive organizational enablement by defining the Ideal Customer Profile and creating execution playbooks that empower sales and engineering teams to adopt the new product.
- Provide actionable product feedback directly to the development team based on front-line market insights to sharpen the product roadmap.
- Leverage modern tech-forward workflows, utilizing tools like Notion, Slack, and artificial intelligence to streamline data and maintain a high-quality asynchronous writing culture.
Requirements
- Strong background in logistics, supply chain management, or freight procurement with a proven track record of executing complex operational projects.
- Robust proactive execution mindset with a comfort for analyzing data deeply to ensure project success.
- Exceptional collaborative skills with a natural talent for influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders across product, sales, and consulting divisions.
- Dynamic communication skills that combine high-touch interpersonal engagement with the ability to thrive in a structured, asynchronous writing environment.
- Tech-forward mindset with an eagerness to use modern tools and workflows to simplify complex tasks and drive operational efficiency.
- Bonus points for prior experience managing software pilot programs or early-stage product launches within the transportation technology sector.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and advanced data analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, or freight procurement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management tools.
