Responsibilities

• Orchestrate high-impact United States pilot projects, ensuring end-to-end execution from data preparation to tender event delivery.
• Bridge the innovation gap by providing operational excellence and creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Drive organizational enablement by defining the Ideal Customer Profile and creating execution playbooks for sales and engineering teams.
• Provide actionable product feedback to the development team based on market insights to refine the product roadmap.
• Leverage modern tech-forward workflows, using tools like Notion, Slack, and AI to streamline data and maintain a high-quality asynchronous writing culture.

• Strong background in logistics, supply chain management, or freight procurement with a proven track record of executing complex operational projects.
