Senior Product Manager - Technical, Outbound Communications

Key job responsibilities

• Work closely with marketing and business stakeholders, engineers, and scientists to create engaging customer experiences and scalable communications solutions.
• Work backwards from customer and business needs, think big about product solutions, and guide the team through delivering results.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Location

• New York - Base Salary Range: $166,300.00 - $225,000.00 USD annually
• Seattle - Base Salary Range: $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 USD annually
