Senior Product Manager - Payments

• You have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in product management.
• You have a strong customer understanding.
• You have proven experience in developing multi-year product strategies and translating them into clear, prioritized roadmaps that align with critical business objectives.
• You build products not just features, aiming for the long run and for true scale.
• You are adaptable and creative, positively navigating changes and balancing short-term and long-term business needs.
• You can extract the 'bigger picture' from complex situations and balance short term versus long term business needs.
• You have a strong data-driven focus, skilled in interpreting granular performance metrics to drive measurable business outcomes.
• You are a communicator, able to structure, deliver, and communicate project plans in cross-functional teams with analysts and software engineers.
• You are passionate about technology and not afraid to dive into technical issues.

Location & Work Expectations

• This role is based in Chicago.
• Adyen values in-person collaboration and is an office-first company.
• Some international travel will be required.

Compensation

• The base salary for this role in Chicago ranges from $180,000 to $243,000, plus RSUs.
