About the role
The Senior Product Manager, Payments will lead the development and execution of product strategies that enhance the payment processing capabilities of our company. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product managers to ensure seamless integration and alignment of products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
- Manage product launches and post-launch support to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction among customers.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the payments industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial services and regulatory environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
