About the role

The Senior Product Manager, Payments will lead the development and execution of product strategies that enhance the payment processing capabilities of our company. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product managers to ensure seamless integration and alignment of products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Manage product launches and post-launch support to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction among customers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and prioritize features.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the payments industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI and machine learning tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial services and regulatory environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
