Sanofi Rare Diseases is modernizing its successful 30+ year rare disease business model to deliver new therapies over the next five years and maintain leadership in the pharma environment. This role will help drive Sanofi towards a personalized, optimized patient experience and improved patient outcomes in immune challenges, rare diseases, blood disorders, cancers, and neurological disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive development and execution of omnichannel patient campaigns, including digital, social, and CRM.
  • Develop patient education materials, including decks and leave-behinds.
  • Play a key role in launch planning and execution, ensuring strong patient marketing readiness across multiple launches.
  • Identify and execute on new opportunities to expand reach and impact.
  • Understand patient unmet needs regarding engagement and deep knowledge of CareConnect PSS.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align objectives with brand strategy.
  • Continuously optimize and identify new ways to improve customer engagement and education of disease and product.
  • Establish clear objectives and metrics to measure total customer value; partner with analytics teams to track KPIs, performance analytics, and ROI by channel.
  • Drive development of supporting materials to accompany patient education programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in patient marketing or related fields.
  • Successful track record of strategic decision-making, innovation, and problem-solving in uncharted territory.
  • Experience working in large-scale, complex multidisciplinary teams with proven ability to influence without authority.
  • Digital-forward mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to travel 25% within the U.S.
