About the role
Shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. Influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Sharpen the investment thesis by analyzing market research and identifying data gaps
- Create and iterate working prototypes using AI tooling within short timeframes
- Validate hypotheses through multiple feedback cycles with key stakeholders
- Develop and pressure-test revenue models based on real market data
- Collaborate on go-to-market narratives and support customer advisory efforts
- Publish progress updates and maintain documentation of key decisions
- Mentor other product managers on discovery and decision-making processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management or 6+ years in product plus 2+ in an adjacent function (engineering, design, data)
- Experience launching a new product line or business model, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
- Conducted enterprise customer discovery with depth, engaging multiple decision-makers
- Ownership of a revenue model involving pricing experiments and unit economics
- Ability to be a single point of accountability for initiatives with no established team
- Proficiency in AI tools for building prototypes and validation tools
- Comfortable working across a portfolio of products, not just a single project
Pay
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
