What You'll Do
- Own the full product lifecycle for document generation, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
- Deeply understand how legal teams work, identifying friction points and translating them into product decisions that drive meaningful workflow improvements.
- Partner with engineering and ML teams to build LLM-powered features that are reliable, accurate, and genuinely useful to practitioners.
- Define and track success metrics, using both qualitative research and quantitative analysis to continuously improve the product.
- Collaborate with design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth launches and tight feedback loops post-release.
What We Look For
- 4 to 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- You love complexity and you dive in the details; figuring out how to improve hundred+ page documents, used in core legal workflows (like trials), is right up your alley.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products, with direct working knowledge of agentics and LLMs/LMMs.
- Strong user research instincts -- you know how to uncover what users actually need, not just what they ask for.
- Proven ability to take a product from concept through launch in a cross-functional environment.
- A clear communicator who can translate between technical complexity and user experience.
- Comfortable moving fast in a high-growth environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job.
