We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes a description paragraph at start: "From intake to outcomes...". That's about the company. Could be About the role? Actually "POSITION SUMMARY:" is like About the role. We'll create sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (primary duties), Requirements (qualifications), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits? Not present. Pay? Not present. Schedule? There's schedule mention: "Must be flexible on schedule and hours. Some Travel may be required." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits not present. Pay not present. So we include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills (maybe we can include Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements as Skills), Schedule. Also maybe Qualifications? The qualifications section includes experience and educational requirements. Could be Requirements. We'll treat Qualifications as Requirements. Then Skills as separate. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, AI, etc. Also remove Physical Demands, Work Environment? Those are not required sections; they are boilerplate but maybe we can drop them. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Physical Demands and Work Environment are not EEO but maybe considered boilerplate? They are generic; but they are part of job description. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Physical Demands and Work Environment are substantive? They are generic but still part of posting. However they are not required sections; we could include them under a generic section? But we only output sections when there is real specific content. Physical Demands: "The physical demands described here are representative..." That's generic but still content. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to drop? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Physical Demands not listed. But it's generic; but we could keep as a paragraph under maybe "Working Conditions"? Not a defined heading. We could just include as a

after schedule? But we must not create headings without content. Could just include as a

after schedule without heading. However the instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have prose paragraphs not under headings? Probably we should embed them under appropriate headings. Physical Demands could be under a heading like "Working Conditions" but not in list. Since not allowed headings besides those listed, we might omit them. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we drop Physical Demands, we lose info. But maybe it's considered boilerplate and okay to drop? Not sure. The instruction explicitly mentions to remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Physical Demands is not those. So we should keep it. But we don't have a heading for it. Could we treat it as a paragraph under Schedule? Not appropriate. Could we add a heading "Working Conditions"? Not in allowed list but maybe allowed as it's not prohibited? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we could add other headings if needed. But better to stick to those. Could we incorporate Physical Demands into a

under Schedule? Not ideal but maybe acceptable. However schedule already has its own content. Could add a

after schedule heading. Similarly Work Environment. We'll include Schedule section with the schedule info and maybe also include Physical Demands and Work Environment as paragraphs under Schedule? Might be confusing. Alternative: Create a section "Working Conditions" with h3 and include Physical Demands and Work Environment paragraphs. Since not prohibited, we can do that. The instruction didn't forbid other headings; just gave examples. So we can add. Thus sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (primary duties), Requirements (experience and educational requirements), Skills (minimum skills, knowledge and ability), Schedule (flexible schedule, travel), Working Conditions (Physical Demands, Work Environment). Benefits and Pay omitted. We need to use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities we have many duties; we can make a list. For Requirements we have experience and educational requirements; we can list. For Skills we have bullet-like list; we can list. For Schedule we have prose; we can just

. For Working Conditions we have two paragraphs. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract. About the role: The POSITION SUMMARY paragraph(s). Let's copy: "CareMetx is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Copay Programs to define, shape, and continuously improve how CareMetx delivers pharmaceutical copay program services to pharma manufacturer clients. This is a senior product role with a unique dual mandate: deep subject matter expertise in pharmaceutical copay programs combined with the product thinking needed to build scalable, high-quality service capabilities. The Senior PM for Copay Programs does not own client relationships — that accountability rests with Account Management. Instead, this role defines what CareMetx's copay program capabilities look like, how they are delivered, and how they evolve over time. You will work closely with Account Management, Operations, and vendor partners to understand needs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement across CareMetx's copay program portfolio. This role is central to CareMetx's strategy of positioning as a value-added partner in the pharmaceutical reimbursement space." That's the position summary. Responsibilities: The PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES section includes several bullet-like paragraphs each starting with a bold heading: Copay Program Product Ownership, Vendor Management & Performance, Cross-Functional Enablement, Roadmap & Strategic Direction, Reporting & Analytics. Under each there are multiple sentences. We'll turn each duty into list items? Could group under headings but we only need

      • for any list. We could make a flat list of all duties. Better to preserve structure: maybe each heading as a inside
      • ? But instruction says use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a
            with each duty as
          • . Inside
          • we can have multiple sentences. Let's extract each duty: Copay Program Product Ownership: - Own the definition and ongoing evolution of CareMetx's copay program service model — including how programs are configured, delivered, monitored, and improved. - Serve as CareMetx's senior internal authority on pharmaceutical copay program mechanics — including program design, eligibility rules, adjudication logic, benefit structures, and reimbursement operations. - Identify gaps in CareMetx's current copay program capabilities and develop clear, prioritized plans to close them. - Translate client needs surfaced by Account Management into well-defined program requirements, operational standards, and vendor specifications. - Lead periodic reviews of active programs to identify optimization opportunities across benefit design, eligibility configuration, adjudication logic, and vendor performance. - Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and vendor platform capabilities to inform CareMetx's copay program roadmap. Vendor Management & Performance: - Serve as CareMetx's primary operational point of contact for reimbursement vendor partners — managing day-to-day performance against established program standards and SLAs. - Define program requirements and configuration standards in partnership with vendors, ensuring delivery aligns with client commitments. - Monitor vendor delivery across active copay programs, identifying service gaps, data quality issues, and operational risks, and driving timely resolution. - Facilitate regular vendor performance reviews and maintain clear documentation of issues, commitments, and improvement plans. - Provide informed input into vendor contract renewals and SLA definitions based on operational experience, partnering with leadership on formal negotiations. Cross-Functional Enablement: - Act as the primary copay SME for Account Management — providing program guidance, answering complex client questions, and preparing AM teams for client conversations, business reviews, and new business discussions. - Partner with Operations to ensure copay programs are executed accurately and efficiently, providing subject matter guidance on program setup, configuration, and issue resolution. - Build and maintain CareMetx's internal copay program knowledge infrastructure — including training materials, process documentation, escalation frameworks, and quick-reference guides. - Develop and deliver copay program training for Account Management, Operations, and Client Services teams. - Participate in pre-sales conversations and new client onboarding as the copay SME, partnering with AM to represent CareMetx's capabilities. Roadmap & Strategic Direction: - Define and maintain CareMetx's copay program capability roadmap — prioritizing improvements, new program types, and vendor enhancements based on client needs, operational feedback, and market trends. - Translate market trends and client feedback into actionable capability recommendations for CareMetx leadership. - Partner with Product and Operations leadership to shape CareMetx's longer-term copay platform strategy, including Build/Buy evaluation. - Define success metrics for CareMetx's copay program capabilities and report performance to senior leadership on a regular cadence. Reporting & Analytics: - Establish and govern the standard for copay program reporting — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insight delivery to support AM in client-facing conversations. - Define reporting frameworks that are scalable across vendors and programs as CareMetx's copay portfolio grows. - Oversee the translation of adjudication data, utilization trends, and program metrics into clear performance narratives. - Identify anomalies or trends in program data and proactively communicate findings to AM and Operations teams. That's all duties. Requirements (Experience and Educational Requirements): - 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical patient services, hub services, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement program management, or related product/operations roles. - Deep working knowledge of pharmaceutical copay program mechanics — eligibility, adjudication, benefit design, and reimbursement operations. - Demonstrated product management experience — defining requirements, owning service or capability roadmaps, and driving cross-functional execution. - Proven ability to serve as an internal subject matter expert, advising and enabling account management and operations teams. - Experience managing vendor or partner relationships at a senior level — including performance oversight, SLA accountability, and issue resolution. - Strong analytical fluency; able to interpret program performance data and translate findings into clear recommendations. - Excellent communication skills; comfortable translating complex program concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. Skills (Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements): - Direct experience working with pharmaceutical reimbursement platform vendors (e.g., copay card processors, hub services platforms, or similar). - Prior experience defining or scaling a copay, reimbursement, or patient services capability within a growing organization. - Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturer brand teams, market access functions, and patient support program strategy. - Experience contributing to vendor contract discussions and SLA development in an operational or product capacity. - Background in both product management and pharmaceutical operations — candidates who have crossed from one discipline to the other are strongly encouraged to apply.
