Senior Product Manager

Skills

• Experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or a startup environment
• Familiarity with payments systems including ACH and card networks
• Experience building platform infrastructure or internal tools
• Strong collaboration skills, especially with engineering, risk operations, and compliance teams
• Ability to solve complex problems and build scalable systems

Responsibilities

• Own the risk platform roadmap across fraud, credit risk, and compliance systems
• Design and scale transaction monitoring and risk scoring systems
• Develop credit exposure and payout guardrails, implement geo-compliance and merchant risk controls
• Partner with risk and compliance teams to translate operational needs into scalable systems
• Identify and automate manual workflows

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of product management experience
• Experience building platform infrastructure or internal tools
• Familiarity with payments systems including ACH and card networks
• Collaboration skills, especially with engineering, risk operations, and compliance teams
