Senior Product Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead product for a dedicated, world-class product, design, and engineering pod to build high-impact features that our users love
• Discover, plan, and own the roadmap for Topline Pro agentic marketing products to empower our pros to grow their businesses faster than ever before
• Successfully ship new features and drive adoption in collaboration with colleagues in sales, marketing, and customer success
• Deeply understand our customers through continuous user research and collaboration across the business
• Effectively communicate and document progress + learnings across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of full-time industry experience in product management, with a strong understanding of user-centric, agile development practices. Experience building AI-powered products is a plus.
• User-centric: Passionate about creating great user experiences and products our customers love
• Ambitious: Desire to invent new features that change the game for our customers and deliver incredible business impact
• Data-driven: Dedicated to tracking and measuring performance, using analytics to uncover deep insights, and deploying hypothesis-driven experiments when applicable
• Resourceful: Willing to get scrappy to validate concepts and deliver results in an early stage environment
• Clear communicator: Ability to articulate priorities and keep alignment across the organization amidst a hypergrowth environment

We're building an AI-powered Shopify for service businesses. We help service pros (e.g., roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners) acquire direct business, fast. Up and running within minutes using Gen AI, our digital storefront products help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.

Topline Pro was co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (COO), with an excellent team of 120+ rockstars and plans to expand further in 2026.
