Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with 12+ years of expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in defining product vision, gathering business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering customer-centric products. The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and post-launch enhancements.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify emerging industry trends.
  • Define product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Prioritize product backlogs and manage releases using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and Figma.
  • Experience in cloud-based, SaaS, or enterprise product environments is highly desirable.
