Senior Product Manager
The Role
You will own Studio, healthcare’s no-code AI agent builder, and shape how AI agents get built across our platform. You will own the full experience for building AI agents, Workflows and Connectors (MCP Servers) end to end, and you will define how teams design, test, and ship agents that handle real conversations with patients, payors, and providers.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Studio, spanning the AI agent builder, workflow builder, and connectors.
- Define how teams design, test, deploy, and refine AI agents without writing code, and make that experience faster and more powerful with every release.
- Talk to customers and users constantly, turning what you learn into a roadmap that reflects real needs and unmet opportunities.
- Partner closely with a deeply technical engineering team, staying current on AI and ML techniques (including reading the research) so you can make sharp product and technical tradeoffs.
- Own product analytics and customer usage, using data to decide what to build, what to cut, and where to double down.
- Ship, measure, and iterate quickly, balancing the quality, latency, and cost that healthcare demands.
- Act as a spokesperson for Studio, internally and with customers, telling a clear story about where the product is headed.
Requirements
4 to 6 years of product management experience, with a track record of launching customer-facing products (not just internal tools).
Genuine curiosity about AI: you actively learn on your own, through side projects, self-study, or staying close to the latest models and techniques.
A data-driven approach to decisions, with strong product analytics instincts.
A demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle.
Comfort working alongside a highly technical engineering team and keeping pace with a fast-moving AI space.
A hustle mentality: you move fast, get your hands dirty, and own whatever needs owning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build buy-in across teams.
Experience writing clear requirements, managing backlogs, and tracking progress in tools like JIRA.

Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
Prior experience building or launching AI agents, or working on AI and ML products.
