Senior Product Manager - Absence Management

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management required
• Experience in HR tech, leave/absence management, or digital health is strongly preferred
• Deep technical acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering and Design to navigate complex workflow and data systems while building modern front-end experiences
• Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross-functional teams
• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving, with a track record of defining and measuring success through clear business metrics
• Experience working in an agile development environment, with a strong understanding of how to sequence incremental value delivery
• Ability to drive initiatives forward with influence, a collaborative working style, and the confidence to navigate ambiguity

Other Requirements

• Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
• Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
• Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 USD. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
