Senior Processing Engineer, Pilot, L'Oreal Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Processing Engineer, Pilot to serve as a key technical expert driving manufacturing process development for product launches and reformulations within L'Oréal Operations. This role supports over 36 brands across four L’Oréal divisions, focusing on consumer-oriented, responsible beauty solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead bench and pilot batch activities to ensure seamless scale-up and robust product performance.
• Solve complex chemical and process operations challenges through technical troubleshooting.
• Manage quality assurance documentation and ensure safe hazardous waste disposal.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pilot Teams, Process Experts, Quality, Development, Packaging, and R&I.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $77,400 - $110,300. The actual compensation will depend on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
