  • Digital Strategy & Data Architecture: Serve as site expert for SAP, Power BI, Solvace, Apriso, FlexNet, and Power Apps; lead the internal packaging performance OEE tool (SPI) strategy and ensure data integrity to drive the technical improvement roadmap.
  • Process Digitalization: Lead the transformation of manual or paper-based manufacturing processes into streamlined digital workflows; partner with Engineering and Maintenance to integrate equipment PLC data with site reporting tools to improve technical loss visibility.
  • Coaching & Culture: Train and mentor the Digital Tools Analyst and site team members on both Lean methodologies and the effective use of digital tools to foster a data-driven, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Auditing & Reporting: Design and oversee advanced Power BI dashboards that provide real-time, actionable insights into downtime, waste, and equipment reliability; identify and quantify “hidden” losses through deep-bottleneck analysis.
  • Standardization: Implement sustainable standard work and digital documentation across all production shifts to ensure measurable increases in line efficiency and reduction in technical downtime.

Requirements

  • Work independently to identify losses and implement sustainable technical solutions.
  • Serve as the site expert for the deployment and optimization of digital solutions.
  • Possess an analytical mindset to synthesize large datasets into strategic operational plans.
  • Resolve difficult technical issues on automated packaging and filling lines.
