Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain process and device technology for MACOM’s internal semiconductor fab.
- Development of new process technologies.
- Continuous improvement of existing processes.
- Sustaining existing device process technologies.
- Closely partner with Business Unit device design teams and the Fab Process Engineering team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of semiconductor fab experience.

Pay
- The Salary Range for this position is $98,000– $142,000.

Skills
- Broad knowledge of compound semiconductor processing, including direct experience in at least two process areas (photolithography, plasma etching, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of device physics and device modeling tools.
- Well versed in data extraction and data analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, high intensity environment.
- Remain industry informed, familiar with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Enjoy finding solutions to difficult problems.
