About the role
This is a combination role and will function as a corporate resource, supporting multiple plants, being a key SME resource to both manufacturing and as a partner to the new product design team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting multiple plants with process engineering expertise
- Collaborating with the new product design team
- Leading and running new product trials
- Interfacing with designers and other organizational members
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and experience in thin gauge, high speed thermoforming manufacturing
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- 15 years' experience in thin gauge thermoforming
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Highly desirable: Experience in design or manufacturing for design
Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
