Senior Process Excellence Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Process Excellence Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality functions
• Facilitate workshops to redesign and integrate processes
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to implement improvements
• Manage large projects with considerable autonomy
• Coach and delegate to lower-level specialists
• Work cross-functionally to build effective business processes
• Document milestones and ensure actions are driven to completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in program management, or advanced degree with 5+ years relevant experience
• Lean Six Sigma certification required
• Preferred: 2+ years operating at a senior manager level
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or process-intensive environments
• Strong background in organizational transformation and stakeholder engagement

Pay

$144,800 – $217,200 annually
