Senior Practice Manager

About the role

The Senior Practice Manager at Patterson Primary Care leads and inspires a culture of accountability for ambulatory care operations. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

This role involves managing up to 1-4 direct leader reports who will be led and developed by the Senior Practice Manager. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and fostering the development of direct reports
• Collaborating with 10-30 Physicians and/or APPs
• Overseeing approximately 3-7 clinics
• Managing multiple specialties across a market which may require some travel
• Supporting ancillary services such as human resources and information systems

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include:

• Leadership experience and ability to inspire and motivate others
• Demonstrated ability to develop a vision for the practice and execute plans to achieve it
• Experience working in a matrixed organization and ability to influence non-direct reports
• Effective communication and interpersonal relations skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheet, and advanced applications
• Problem-solving and issue addressing abilities

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• 2 years of leadership experience over multiple departments, budgets, and leaders

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $44.99 - $69.44.
