Senior Practice Manager
About the Role
The Senior Practice Manager provides effective leadership and creates a culture of accountability for ambulatory care operations, including excellence in patient and caregiver safety, quality assurance of care, patient experience, equity, patient access to care, financial stewardship (including budget management), caregiver engagement, and growth.
This role makes employment decisions, including hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action. It also supports ancillary services such as human resources and information systems.
Responsibilities typically include collaborating with 10-30 Physicians and/or APPs and 23-60 Caregivers, overseeing approximately 3-7 clinics, and potentially managing multiple specialties across a market, which may require moderate travel. The role may also involve oversight of 1-4 direct leader reports.

- Problem-solve and address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others to create a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and influencing non-direct reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheet, and advanced computer applications (e.g., database or presentations).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- 2 years of leadership experience overseeing multiple departments, budgets, and leaders.
Pay
The hourly range for this position is $44.99 - $69.44, with the actual rate dependent upon experience.
