Senior Power Platform Developer

About the role
The selected candidate will serve as a Senior Power Platform Developer supporting the Army Futures and Concepts Command (FCC). This role is responsible for designing, developing, and sustaining a modernized, authoritative data‑analytics environment using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure cloud tools. The Developer will design automated workflows, pipelines, and validation processes that reduce manual workload, increase data accuracy, and support repeatable, defensible Program Objective Memorandum (POM) analysis which is a critical part of the Department's Programming, Planning, Budget and Execution (PPBE) lifecycle. The developer will collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, Information Technology (IT) Specialists, and Subject Matter Experts to consolidate multiple POM related data sources, build automated Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines, establish enterprise‑aligned data models, and develop analytical dashboards that increase precision, traceability, and decision‑making capability across FCC's POM activities. While this position focuses on Non‑classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) Network development, the developer may support planning or coordination activities associated with FCC's future Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Network migration.
Responsibilities
