Senior Power Platform Developer

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Drive Power Platform implementations through all phases from discovery to deployment
• Deliver solutions using PowerApps, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams
• Automate business processes with Model Driven and Canvas Apps
• Refine implementation standards and tools for Power Platform
• Ensure high-quality development in collaboration with development/QA teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver demonstrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders on Microsoft Dynamics solution design

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• US Citizenship required
• Proficient in technical requirements, test scripts, and programming languages
• Experience in SaaS and PaaS environments
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Pay

$113,000 – $188,000 annually
