Senior Power Platform Developer

Andworx is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to create impactful and transformative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for a Federal Government client. This role requires strong technical skills to build visually appealing low-code/no-code solutions and rich data visualizations. The ideal candidate is highly organized and collaborates effectively with business subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand and address customer business processes, objectives, and needs. This dynamic, high-visibility position demands the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities.

This is an on-site position located in Mechanicsburg, PA. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience building technical solutions, including a minimum of 5 years using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.) and Microsoft Azure.
• 2 years of experience within a Department of War (DOW) cloud environment.
• Ability to identify functional business requirements and deliver effective solutions through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong attention to UX/UI design to create visually pleasing solutions.
• Proven ability to complete assigned projects, establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, customers, and vendors.
• Clear communication skills for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Position of Trust clearance.
• Information Assurance IAT-2 level certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, SSCP, CySA+, or GICSP).
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as:
  • Power Platform Fundamentals
  • Power Platform Functional Consultant
  • Power Platform Developer
  • Power Platform App Maker
  • Power Platform Solution Architect
• Experience integrating with industry-leading cloud platforms.
• Understanding of how to organize and present key data points through visualizations for leadership.
• Prior experience supporting federal government customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement new solutions to business problems using the Power Platform and other applicable cloud platform solutions.
• Participate in project teams with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand customer business processes, objectives, and solution requirements.
• Train citizen developers and promote Power Platform usage and growth.
• Assist in monitoring, governing, and controlling Power Platform environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing solutions.
• Understand high-level data visualization needs to provide rich visualizations for leadership.
• Compile and assess user feedback to improve technical solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
