This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs.

About the Role

As the Senior Planning Operations Analyst focused on our Global Planning end-to-end business process and capabilities, you are the functional area leader for Fulfillment. This position will lead and drive seasonal process and continuous improvement efforts associated with Fulfillment planning across different brands, regions, and channels. You are the business process owner and the global go-to person regarding the fulfillment process, capabilities, and relevant key performance indicators. In addition to process and capabilities, you have a working knowledge of associated analytics to inform and enable the related business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Global Planning business process associated with Fulfillment planning, encompassing planning application and analytical capabilities.
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert (SME) and engage business SMEs to define requirements, support solutions, and deliver against defined Supply Chain and Enterprise priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and ability to drive toward Global Planning capabilities and desired outcomes.
  • Anticipate and communicate issues and key decisions to program sponsors, stakeholders, Global Planning Leadership, and/or program leadership.
  • Define business use cases, user stories, and/or business requirements while ensuring clarity within the backlog.
  • Champion business priorities and requirements through program deliverables as necessary.
  • Work as the functional global lead for fulfillment planning to determine omni-channel needs and priorities in support of Global Planning Leadership.
  • Serve as the matrix leader of a super user community, driving and facilitating process, capability, and analytics updates and enhancements associated with fulfillment planning.
  • Support and coordinate with other users to validate enhancements for business process, planning tools, and associated analytical capabilities.
  • Drive and facilitate continuing education of current business processes and associated enhancements to planning applications and/or related reporting that informs the process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, Merchandise Planning, or similar fields.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience and mastery of relevant functional/process experience and business skills.
  • 5+ years of experience with decision support tools and processes in a business process/analyst capacity.
  • Ability to relate planning applications and associated data to business process needs.
  • Business Process Analyst experience defining business processes and leveraging analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Business acumen across product creation, manufacturing, supply chain (demand and supply planning), finance, and retail desired.
  • Work experience reflects a progression of increasing responsibility.
  • Omni-channel experience and Retail industry knowledge is desired.
