About the role

Senior Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, waived and moderate testing, and EKGs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture and process specimens
  • Troubleshoot issues related to specimen collection and testing
  • Conduct EKGs
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and promote a positive patient experience
  • Follow safety and compliance standards
  • Support operational efficiency using Lean principles

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • State-certified MA-Pbt
  • Phlebotomy certification
  • BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to travel within satellite locations

Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of blood draw experience
  • Knowledge of laboratory systems
  • Proficiency with EKGs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with safety protocols
