As a Senior Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in the Romeo, MI Branch. Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Acts as a PNC ambassador, positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Leads proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverages ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position financial products.
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of complex financial products, services, and solutions.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manages risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of practices that align customer needs with solutions, and skilled in managing risk in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

• Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent education, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
