Senior Personal Banker
Role Overview
Provides exceptional customer service by understanding clients' financial needs and offering tailored solutions. Supports in-person and virtual client interactions, manages daily branch operations, and ensures compliance with banking policies and regulations. Responsible for processing transactions, balancing cash drawers, and overseeing ATM and vault activities. Maintains knowledge of banking products and educates clients on technology and services. Acts as a community banking ambassador, participating in events and promoting financial literacy. May supervise and coach staff, assisting in talent development. Ensures efficient, accurate, and compliant branch functions to foster client relationships and support organizational goals.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or banking environment
- Experience with bank operations and regulatory compliance
