Responsibilities
- Lead omni-channel media strategy and buying across various digital platforms
- Develop and oversee campaign briefs, media plans, and RFP processes
- Manage creative strategy in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Test new creative formats for brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Manage relationships with media partners and platforms
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize key marketing metrics
- Own measurement and reporting strategy to assess campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid media including social, programmatic display, and video/CTV
- Proven experience managing substantial media budgets with a focus on growth marketing
- Familiarity with measurement tools: CM360, Tableau, Salesforce, and various DSPs
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships within paid media
- Excellent project management skills in fast-paced environments
- Background in B2B or eCommerce marketing, especially in tech or web hosting
