Responsibilities

  • Lead omni-channel media strategy and buying across various digital platforms
  • Develop and oversee campaign briefs, media plans, and RFP processes
  • Manage creative strategy in collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Test new creative formats for brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Manage relationships with media partners and platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize key marketing metrics
  • Own measurement and reporting strategy to assess campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media including social, programmatic display, and video/CTV
  • Proven experience managing substantial media budgets with a focus on growth marketing
  • Familiarity with measurement tools: CM360, Tableau, Salesforce, and various DSPs
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships within paid media
  • Excellent project management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Background in B2B or eCommerce marketing, especially in tech or web hosting
