About the role
The Media Director seeks a Senior Media Manager to lead a team of coordinators and specialists, focusing on full P&L accountability for 4-6 accounts. This role requires strategic media planning, direct client relationships, and complex problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Full P&L accountability for 4-6 accounts
- Strategic media planning: channel mix, budget allocation, testing roadmaps
- Direct client relationships—owning the face of performance for your accounts
- Mentorship of Media Coordinators and Specialists on your accounts
- Identifying scaling opportunities and when to pump the brakes
- Complex problem-solving: fixing issues like attribution breakdowns, compliance flags, or campaign performance dips
- Impactful day-to-day activities including strategy and optimization, client leadership, team development, reporting, and new business support
Requirements
- 4-6 years managing paid media, with at least 2 years owning accounts end-to-end
- Deep Meta expertise and strong Google skills
- Built media strategies, not just executed plans
- Experience presenting to clients and stakeholders who ask tough questions
- Understanding of incrementality, MMM concepts, and the flaws of last-click attribution
