About the Opportunity
The Senior People Technology (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for managing and evolving the technical lifecycle of global HR systems. This role ensures the scalability and integration of HR technology platforms, acting as a bridge between HR strategy and technical execution. The position is critical for maintaining system integrity, leading enhancements, and supporting HR initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as module owner or key support contact for multiple HR systems/modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain HR system solutions.
- Provide technical support, including issue resolution and training.
- Manage release processes and partner with subject matter experts.
- Led HR system projects, including enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
- Act as HRIS owner for system integrations, maintaining data mapping and dependencies.
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate resolutions.
- Ensure HR data integrity through regular audits.
- Build, automate, and maintain standard HR reporting and dashboards.
- Support HR initiatives with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Potentially manage a small team, contractors, or vendors.
- Mentor junior team members and provide consultative services.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in HR or IT with progressive responsibilities.
- Hands-on configuration experience with SaaS solutions such as SuccessFactors.
- Strong technical skills in system configuration, integration, and documentation.
- Proficient in business and system analysis, HR domain knowledge, and technology aptitude.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with HR software including Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft.
- Able to manage technical projects independently.
- Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
- Able to learn new systems and anticipate technical impacts.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills.
- High accountability and independent work capability.
- Customer service orientation and mentoring experience.
- Acts as an agent for change.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or IT-related discipline preferred.
- Preferred certifications include PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, SCRUM, Workday, SuccessFactors.
