Senior People Partner Generalist - Risk & Banking Ops
About the role
The Senior People Partner Generalist will partner with the Risk & Banking Operations organization, acting as an HR partner to leadership across the department. The role will involve advising leaders and managers on people-related matters, supporting various people processes and programs, and driving key talent processes.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the business as a whole and act as an HR partner to leadership across Risk & Banking Ops.
- Provide a consultative approach that combines HR expertise, business savvy, and intuition to diagnose issues and provide creative HR solutions.
- Advise leaders and managers on performance management & coaching, employee relations, leveling processes, and organizational development.
- Support an organization with a variety of different job families and types of roles, from non-exempt operations to strategy roles.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of organizational health and design interventions as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional People team colleagues to build impactful programs spanning recruiting, talent management, employee relations, internal mobility, and employee engagement.
- Drive key talent processes with client groups including annual performance reviews, talent planning, and compensation cycles.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in a people-facing HR role, preferably at a high growth company.
- Skills in coaching, facilitation, and influencing colleagues at different levels.
- A passion for building thoughtful, innovative people processes that can scale.
- A willingness to say the hard thing and speak up for what you believe in.
- A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- A passion for working efficiently with great tools and being open to learning new tools (Radford, Workday, Lattice, Notion).
Qualifications
- Willingness to work in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, Los Angeles, or Seattle.

Pay
The target new hire base salary ranges for this role are:
- US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $107,400 – $120,900
- US employees outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $96,700 – $108,800
