Senior People Partner Generalist - Risk & Banking Ops
About the role
The Senior People Partner Generalist will partner with the Risk & Banking Operations organization, acting as an HR partner to leadership across the department. The role will involve advising leaders and managers on people-related matters, supporting various people processes, and building impactful programs.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the business and act as an HR partner to leadership across Risk & Banking Ops, focusing on manager to director levels.
- Partner with managers across other organizations for broader exposure and impact.
- Provide a consultative approach that combines HR expertise, business savvy, and intuition to diagnose issues and provide creative HR solutions.
- Advise leaders and managers on performance management & coaching, employee relations, leveling processes, and organizational development.
- Support an organization with a variety of different job families and types of roles, from non-exempt operations to strategy roles.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of organizational health and design interventions as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional People team colleagues to build impactful programs spanning recruiting, talent management, employee relations, internal mobility, and employee engagement.
- Drive key talent processes with client groups including annual performance reviews, talent planning, and compensation cycles.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in a people-facing HR role, preferably at a high growth company.
- Skilled in coaching, facilitation, and influencing colleagues at different levels.
- Loves building thoughtful, innovative people processes that can scale.
- Willing to say the hard thing and speak up for what they believe in.
- Passionate about tackling problems and solving them creatively and with principle.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Passion for working efficiently with great tools, suggesting new tools where there are opportunities for improvement, and being willing to learn the tools we are currently using (Radford, Workday, Lattice, Notion).

- Experience with Radford, Workday, Lattice, and Notion.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience with performance management systems and tools.
- Knowledge of organizational development and employee relations.

Pay
The total rewards package includes a range of $96,700 – $108,800 for US employees outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area.
