About the Opportunity
The Senior People Business Partner role is designed to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, particularly within go-to-market (GTM) and technical teams. The position focuses on influencing organizational performance, culture, and people strategies by delivering impactful initiatives and coaching leaders. This role is critical for fostering high-performing, trustful teams and supporting the company’s growth and culture during scaling.
Responsibilities
- Deliver key people initiatives such as calibrations, compensation reviews, employee surveys, and management development.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession and transition planning, skills assessment, and compensation.
- Coach and develop leaders to build high-trust, high-performance teams.
- Use people data to identify trends, surface insights, and influence leadership decisions.
- Manage critical experiences including performance improvement, employee relations, and off-boarding with care and judgment.
- Build foundations for trust, empathy, and psychological safety within teams.
Requirements
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and aligning people programs with business strategy, with evidence of measurable outcomes.
- Experience supporting international GTM teams and familiarity with technical or engineering-led company environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in people data to diagnose root causes and develop solutions.
- Proven ability to lead organizations through change effectively, building alignment and managing resistance.
- Commitment to inclusive partnership practices incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Skilled in leading change initiatives and communicating effectively with teams.
- Collaborative and empathetic approach to business partnerships.
- PREFERRED: Experience supporting scaling teams and transparent compensation practices.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Base salary range: $125,500 to $170,000 USD depending on experience.
