- Co-responsible for business OKRs and actively cultivate a culture of accountability, feedback, and high standards at every level.
- Coach all levels of managers, acting as an executive coach, sounding board, and problem-solver for managers and team members alike.
- Integrated into the org's operating model, not just parachuted in.
- Owning talent management, leading org design, talent planning, career pathing, headcount, and leadership development with a scale-first mindset, in partnership with senior leaders.
- Supporting communications, advising leaders on change management and helping craft values-aligned messaging as the company grows and evolves.
- Navigating employee relations, leading fair, thoughtful performance processes and having the judgment to know when and how to escalate sensitive situations.
- Support building the Talent Activation Function in Technology (20%).

- You're a sharp thinker and communicator. You can simplify complex, ambiguous problems, communicate clearly in any format, and tailor your style to your audience.
