We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Not present. The job description summary is like overview. Could be "About the role". Use

for section headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. Remove boilerplate. Include only sections with real content. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content. Job Description Summary: paragraph about role. Job Details: maybe not needed as heading; we can treat as part of description. Key Responsibilities: list of duties under subheadings: Payroll Administration & Processing, Compliance & Tax Administration, Auditing & Reporting, Process Improvement & Leadership Support. Each has bullet points. Core Competencies: list of competencies. Qualifications: Required and Preferred. FLSA Status: maybe not needed as heading? Could be part of details but not required section. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. FLSA Status is specific content; we could include under a heading like "FLSA Status". But they said use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They didn't list FLSA not in list but could be considered "Requirements"? Might be better to include as a

within Qualifications or separate? Probably better to include as a short

under Qualifications or as its own small section? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not exclusive. So we could add FLSA Status as its own heading if we want, but better to keep to those categories. FLSA Status could be part of "Requirements" or "Qualifications". I'd embed as a

under Qualifications. Essential Functions: list of functions; could be part of "Requirements" or "Responsibilities". Might be better as its own section "Essential Functions". But not in example list; but we can still use heading if we have content. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those categories. Essential Functions could be part of "Requirements" or "Responsibilities". I'd put under "Requirements" as a list. Physical Demands: could be part of "Requirements". Might be included as a list. Benefits Of Working With Taylor Morrison: definitely a Benefits section. We also have "Job Description Summary" which could be "About the role". We need to not repeat job title as heading. So we start with

    About the role

    then paragraph. Then

    Responsibilities

then maybe subheadings? The instruction only says use

for section headings. Subheadings maybe not needed; we could just have a
with all responsibilities. But we have categories; we could keep them as
    • with bold text? Better to keep structure: maybe each category as a
    • with a label then sublist? But that would be nested lists; still okay. Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have top-level
          for responsibilities, each
        • containing a heading (maybe ) and then a nested
for subitems. That's acceptable. Similarly for Core Competencies: a
of competencies. Qualifications: split Required and Preferred maybe as two
under a heading "Qualifications". Could also have two subheadings but not required. We'll just list required then preferred as separate
                  with maybe a

                  label. Benefits:

of benefits. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, navigation, cookie, etc. Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture all substantive info. Let's extract details. They are intended to be accurate reflections of those principal job duties and responsibilities essential for making fair pay decisions about the job. But note: The last two sentences about job descriptions not exhaustive etc. That's boilerplate? It's generic but appears in posting; maybe we should remove as boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The job description disclaimer might be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to remove it. Also "Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of a training program may override required education and/or experience requirement." That's specific to qualifications; we could keep as a note under Qualifications Preferred maybe. It's substantive. Keep it. Thus we will include that note as a

under Qualifications Preferred maybe. Benefits: list: - Competitive Compensation - Health Care - Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription Drug Coverage - 401(k) with Company Matching Contributions - Flexible Spending Accounts - Disability Programs - Employee & Dependent Life Insurance - Vacation & Company Holidays - Tuition Reimbursement - Employee Home Purchase Rebate Program - Home Mortgage Program - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Also note: "We are looking for dedicated professionals that share our values of putting the customer - and their needs - first. In addition to a great team atmosphere, career development and advancement opportunities, we offer full-time employees an extensive benefits package, to include:" That's prose before list; we can include as a

                    before the

. Now construct HTML. We'll start with

                      About the role

                      ...

                      Then

                      Responsibilities

                        with each category as
                      • containing Category: then nested
                          . Then

                          Core Competencies

                          • ... each.
                          Then

                          Qualifications

maybe split required and preferred. We could do

                          Qualifications

                          Required:

                            ...

                          Preferred:

                            ...

Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of a training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.

                          Then maybe

                          FLSA Status

Non‑Exempt – eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

                          Then

                          Benefits

We are looking for dedicated professionals that share our values of putting the customer - and their needs - first. In addition to a great team atmosphere, career development and advancement opportunities, we offer full-time
