Senior Patient Services Specialist - Heart and Vascular
About the role
The Patient Services Specialist – Senior Level serves as a subject matter expert and resource to peers. The Senior PSS is capable of performing all aspects of the Associate and Journey PSS roles. In addition to performing all core functions, this role is responsible for resolving complex issues, orienting and training new caregivers, and actively participating in departmental initiatives and continuous improvement.

- 3 years Medical office or related healthcare experience

Base pay range: $25.73 - $39.36. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
