Patient Services Specialist - Heart and Vascular
About the role
Join our team to provide personalized plans of care to protect our patients’ most precious organ. Patient Service Specialists are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance.
- Work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.
Requirements
- 1 year medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PSS position.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational skills.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
