Senior Patient Care Coordinator - General Surgery
About the role
A Senior Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. This position balances a complex daily workload, with multiple conflicting priorities, while providing superior customer service. A Senior PCC will perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the facility.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service type role
- 1 year of Patient Care Coordinator type role within Providence or 2 years external administrative medical office type role
- Complete ministry required education and champion/development areas

Pay
Base pay range: $23.52 – $35.99 per hour. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Full time, Day shift.
